Under Bill, Logic has enjoyed nearly two decades of successful growth – in good economies and challenging ones – by focusing Logic on delivering disproportionate value to clients and relentlessly pursuing 100% customer satisfaction.
Prior to co-founding Logic, Bill held senior positions in technology firms serving both the retail and healthcare industries. Bill graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Electrical Engineering and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Prabhu "PK" Kumar
Co-Founder & Managing Director- India
Leveraging his strong background and leadership ability in the areas of finance, human resources, operations and delivery, P.K. plays an instrumental role in enabling Logic to cost-effectively deliver tremendous value to clients.
P.K. oversees the company’s team of 80+ offshore resources in Chennai and Bangalore, and serves a growing base of retail clients in India, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Prior to Logic, P.K. had a successful career providing IT services to the retail and healthcare industries in both the U.S. and his native India. P.K. is an alumnus of the National Institute of Technology in Trichy, India, where he earned a BE in Computer Science. Additionally, he holds an MS in Computer Science from North Dakota State University.
Amber (pronounced UHM-ber) is the company’s chief visionary, guiding Logic towards becoming the world’s leading Oracle Retail systems integration firm. Under Amber’s leadership, Logic responds quickly to client needs, stays ahead of the market and continually attracts the industry’s top consulting talent.
As one of the original visionaries behind the LogicWorks methodology, Amber’s forward-thinking consulting approach has helped Logic deliver ERP success at more than 50 of the world’s most recognized retail brands.
Prior to Logic, Amber held senior consulting positions at IBM and Accenture where his leadership and on-the-ground work helped clients in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia achieve success. Amber earned a BS from Minnesota State University and certification from the Harvard Business School Executive Education program.
Executive Vice President
Rupesh is one of Logic’s chief strategists, inspiring the roadmap that guides the company to deliver on its vision. Leveraging more than 17 years of experience in leadership positions in the retail analytics sector, Rupesh oversees the development of Logic’s Analytics and Big Data solutions. In addition, Rupesh has responsibility for Logic Lab, the company’s groundbreaking research and development function.
Prior to Logic, Rupesh founded and served as President and CEO of Yomari, a leading professional services firm focused on retail analytics solutions. Before founding Yomari, Rupesh’s background included principal development and consulting roles at Retek, Oracle, and MicroStrategy.
Rupesh earned his Master’s of Science in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Grinnell College.
Chief Financial Officer
Todd Ellingson is a highly regarded Finance Leader who partners with Logic leadership as a trusted advisor to formulate and implement business strategies and financial and business processes and controls that build corporate value and drive organizational growth.
With over 20 years of financial expertise, he possesses a natural talent for engaging C-suite, board of directors and employees across the organization to build consensus toward a common vision, goal and direction. Noted for raising the bar of team and financial performance through prioritizing, Todd influences and collaborates to drive positive change. Prior to joining Logic, Todd was the Vice President of Finance and Controller at the University of Minnesota Physicians.
Todd has a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler Business School, Executive MBA Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
Vice President of Global Business Development
As Logic continues to grow, Pete will be in charge of the company’s go-to-market strategy for both sales and marketing. The retail market will continue to evolve and Pete will ensure that Logic is strategically positioned to be top of mind as retailers look to innovate.
Pete brings 20 years of leadership experience as an executive and consultant, with focus on guiding retail and consumer goods companies to achieve their strategic goals by leveraging technology. In his prior roles as general manager and VP for retail and consumer goods at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and EDS, Hyman and his teams worked with an ecosystem of retail industry partners to deliver and implement transformational technology for some of the world's largest retailers.
Pete has a Master of Business Administration, Operations and Strategy from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
