Logic Acquires Yomari

Logic Information Systems, Inc. Acquires Yomari Information Services, Amplifies Business Intelligence Offerings for Retail Clients

Minneapolis, MN– Logic Information Systems, Inc. today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Yomari Information Services. The acquisition will combine Yomari’s expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and Big Data Analytics with Logic’s expertise in large-scale enterprise systems integration services in the retail industry, and create significant synergies in providing end-to-end business process optimization services to their customers.

“We did this for one reason,” said Logic CEO and co-founder Bill Szlaius, “to put Business Intelligence front and center. Yomari acquisition will help enrich our service by making Business Analytics a central part of our portfolio such that our clients are able to make better business decisions and drive growth opportunities through data-driven insights. This will help our clients serve their customers better, manage their inventory more efficiently, and drive value for everyone.”

“We have seen many retailers invest millions of dollars in setting up complex IT systems and yet not realize its full ROI because they struggle with bringing together data from these varied systems to make sense of it all,” added Rupesh Pradhan, Yomari CEO and co-founder. “As a combined company, we will be better positioned to help our customers make better business decisions by ensuring that access to richer analytics and better intelligence is a central part of our systems integration services.”

Additionally, Pradhan noted that Logic and Yomari have always shared the same values and beliefs, noting similarities in the corporate cultures and highlighting how well the two companies have partnered together for many years. This means any change our clients will notice will benefit them, including a heightened level of service from our combined experience,” Pradhan added.
