Effective February 4, 2014

Logic Information Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Logic” or “we”) value your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information that we receive through our website with a home page at logicinfo.com (the "Site") and all related and subsidiary webpages and through access to any optimized version of our Site via a wireless device.

For example, you may submit your name, e-mail and mailing address to request information about Logic’s services, to provide feedback, or to upload and submit your resume or other documents to apply for a job. If you choose to provide personally identifiable information to us, Logic uses that information to fulfill your requests for information, to distribute newsletters and alerts to you, and for such other purposes as you may initiate or request. We may keep your personal information on file and use it to contact you.

If you choose to submit an employment application to us through the Site, all of the information you submit becomes the property of Logic and may be used for any purposes ordinarily associated with an employment application and retained in accordance with our processes for retaining such documentation. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site collects certain standard internet log information that you do not visibly enter, such as your IP address, browser type, click stream data, HTTP protocol elements, and the status of cookies placed on your computer by Logic. In addition, in order to manage and improve our Site, we or our service providers may use cookies (small packets of information that are stored by your web browser) or web beacons (electronic images that allow us to count visitors who have accessed a webpage). These tools do not identify you personally and allow us to track and analyze aggregated usage data about our Site.  This information may be shared on an anonymous aggregated basis.

You may choose to block or disable cookies from your device using your browser settings or options. However, this may impact your user experience and parts of the Site may not work for you. You cannot remove or block web beacons as they form part of the content of the web pages, however because they work in conjunction with cookies, turning off cookies will prevent web beacons from tracking your user activity on our site. The beacon can still account for an anonymous visit, but your unique information will not be recorded.

Newsletters or news alerts

From time to time, you may be able to sign up for Logic newsletters. If you request to receive Logic newsletters or other information about Logic, you agree to receive, on occasion, other correspondence from Logic or its agents related to the Logic news and information that you consented to receive by submitting your request. Contact information provided for this purpose may be shared externally to enable third party agents to send e-mails to you on our behalf, or may be shared in anonymous, aggregated form for generalized user analysis.

At any time, you may choose to unsubscribe from mailing lists or any other registrations that may be made available on the Site. To do so, please either follow the links or instructions on the bottom of such newsletter or e-mail or send us a message through the Contact Us form with your full name and e-mail and a request to unsubscribe.
