As part of the Logic Sales and Go-To-Market Team, the Managed Service Client Engagement Leader drives results for Managed and DevOps Services for some of the most recognized retailers in the world. You will partner with current and future clients to solve complex business problems and provide best-in-class advice on solution support. Our client engagement team strives to develop lasting relationships through quality product delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define Logic’s go-to-market strategy and core positioning for the Managed Services and DevOps line of business
  • Serve as a global authority for client and market interactions
  • Empower our team to deliver world-class experiences for our clients
  • Understand client needs and assess how Logic can provide solutions to close business
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of efficient processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation with a goal of standardizing repeatable tasks for optimal service delivery
  • Serve as the leadership escalation point, playing the critical role of player/coach in the overall success of our Managed Services and DevOps Delivery Teams and clients
  • Establish and retain long-term quality customers and optimize the profitability of those customers through the establishment of productive, professional relationships with executives and key personnel
  • Create Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, Client “First Contact” Sales Decks and Statement of Work (SOW) with assistance from account management, sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams
  • Build and maintain appropriate opportunity pipeline to achieve sales targets, with the support from the account managers and sales team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in managed services sales, preferably combined also with delivery
  • Adept in identifying opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to optimize client service capabilities
  • Ability to sell the value of managed services and DevOps solutions and methodologies and experience with retail software solutions (e.g Oracle/SAP/Manhattan/Blue Yonder)
  • Ability to analyze client needs accurately and articulate the Logic value proposition
  • Active retail industry relationships
  • Readiness to travel 25-50%
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
