Logic Information Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Logic” or “we”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information that we receive through our website with a home page at logicinfo.com (the “Site”) and all related webpages and through access to any optimized version of our Site via a wireless or other device.

By accessing and using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information by us in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change and update this Privacy Policy and such updated versions will be posted on the Site. In addition to this Privacy Policy, your use of our Site is governed by our Terms of Use.

Personal Information You Submit

Generally, we do not seek to collect your personal information on this Site. You may choose to give us personal information about yourself through use of our Contact Us form. For example, you may submit your name, e-mail and mailing address to request information about Logic’s services, to provide feedback, or to upload and submit your resume or other documents to apply for a position at Logic. If you choose to submit an employment application to us through the Site, all of the information you submit becomes the property of Logic and may be used for any purposes ordinarily associated with an employment application and retained in accordance with our processes for retaining such documentation. Transborder hosting and transfer of information
