As the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Logic’s Development Centers in Bangalore, Chennai, and Kathmandu, Raj ensures that Logic maintains a strong, consistent pool of skilled developers who provide high-value development, integration, and managed services. He oversees development for Logic clients around the world and is respected for his leadership in finding, training, and retaining great talent.
Raj has more than 23 years of rich IT experience in the retail domain, including managing digital transformations, ERP implementations, integrations across applications, and product development. Before joining Logic in 2016, he served as a director of RMS product development for Oracle Corporation. Previously, as a senior manager and the Oracle Retail lead for Accenture, he managed large Oracle Retail systems integration projects.
Raj earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Annamalai University and his executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management. He lives with his family in Bangalore, where he enjoys reading books, researching history, and cycling on the weekends.
