As Logic’s Chief Client Officer, Andy is responsible for the company’s worldwide sales, revenue operations, and overall client satisfaction. Under his leadership, Logic’s consulting teams provide a combination of strategic, implementation, and managed services, helping our clients achieve their desired business outcomes.
With over 25 years of experience in retail technology, Andy is known for his entrepreneurial approach to building strong organizations that scale rapidly and deliver innovative solutions. Most recently, Andy was the North American CEO of PCMS (now Flooid), where he delivered rapid growth and built a strong, customer-focused culture, earning the company’s ranking as one of the “Top Places to Work” for three consecutive years in Cincinnati. Prior to PCMS, Andy served as part of the early leadership teams at both MicroStrategy and Netezza, where he helped drive growth from early stage through to IPO.
Andy got an early start in retail in the family candy business founded by his father where he still serves as an advisor. After earning his B.S. from Miami University, Andy embarked on his career in the retail technology sector. Today, Andy resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
