Xavier Mougeot
Global Managing Director, Digital
As the Global Managing Director of Logic’s Digital practice, Xavier is driving the next wave of commerce experiences and innovation at Logic. He is also in charge of expanding Logic’s capabilities in this sector as we future-proof commerce for our clients, helping them navigate their digital transformation and omnichannel capabilities.
Prior to joining Logic in 2021, Xavier was the director of commerce strategy at Orckestra, an enterprise digital commerce platform. In his more than 20 years of experience, Xavier has led commerce strategies and customer experiences for companies including Rogers Communications, Stanley Black & Decker, General Motors, Mary Kay, AT&T, Sobeys, and Pfizer. He has also won multiple awards, founded his own technology company, and helped to establish multiple successful startups. An excellent leader and communicator, he motivates and develops high-performing teams everywhere he goes.
Xavier holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA. A speaker of multiple languages including English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, his analytical and technical skills across a range of disciplines make him an asset in any strategic conversation. Xavier’s passion for the great outdoors has led him to pursue fishing and photography as hobbies, when he is not trying a new restaurant or recipe as a foodie. Xavier is currently based out of Montreal, Canada, where he lives with his wife and daughter.
