As General Counsel, Rachel advises Logic’s executive team and management teams around the world on legal matters including strategic partnerships, client contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, governance, and relationships with key suppliers.

Rachel joined the team in 2018 with 20 years of experience advising organizations ranging from multinational corporations to emerging growth companies in the areas of e-commerce, software, medical technology, product manufacturing, and corporate governance. Rachel was previously a partner in two national law firms and worked with companies to plan strategically for growth; strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and suppliers; expand marketing and distribution channels; protect intellectual property; and evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Rachel lives in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area with her husband and two sons; she enjoys travel, hiking, cycling, and skiing. In her free time, Rachel leads dance fitness classes, yoga-inspired workouts, and wellness retreats.
